Community Partnerships

Restorative Justice Programs, NYS
We believe in the power of restorative justice and the transformative impact of mentorship, and that is why we partner with U-CAN. By creating programs that emphasize healing, accountability, and community, we help individuals, especially those impacted by the justice system, rebuild their lives and find new paths forward.
Our mentorship-driven approach fosters personal growth, offering guidance and support that can inspire lasting change and truly save lives. Through thoughtful, tailored initiatives, we work to create opportunities for redemption, understanding, and connection, paving the way for stronger, more resilient communities.
As a Board member, Gina provides invaluable guidance and support to U-CAN's mission of reducing recidivism and empowering at-risk youth.

Life Reins, Inc.
We partner with Life Reins, Inc., a nonprofit based in Central, FL to create impactful restorative justice programs that address critical issues in law enforcement, mental health, youth development, domestic violence, victims services, and preventative programs across the State of Florida.
By combining the therapeutic power of equine therapy, gardening, and energy work, we offer unique and healing experiences that foster growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.
Our programs also integrate workforce empowerment and team-building initiatives, equipping participants with the tools they need to succeed personally and professionally. Through this collaborative approach, we provide individuals with the support, mentorship, and resources they need to rebuild their lives and strengthen their communities.

My Brothers and Sisters Keeper
We have had the privilege of partnering with the City of Albany’s My Brother's and Sister's Keeper program to design and implement a series of impactful workshops and training sessions.
We were contracted to create resume workshops, entrepreneurship courses, interview preparation, and resilience training aimed at empowering young people with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce and beyond.
By providing hands-on guidance and mentorship, we helped participants develop confidence, sharpen their professional skills, and build a mindset of resilience to overcome challenges.
This collaboration is part of our ongoing commitment to support youth in underserved areas.
